I'd gotten into JoJo's Bizarre Adventure through the anime, which 
introduced to me. (I hope to read the manga - maybe when I have the time; I'm a bit busy with other things.) I really admired Lisa Lisa's strong character. There aren't many female characters in the cast, so, as much as I enjoyed Joseph's trickster nature, I was drawn to Lisa Lisa because she was simply awesome. I thought of cosplaying her, and after some hesitation, I decided to push through with it.
